Returns for something like that are usually fine as long as it's unopened and unused. Once you open it for obvious reasons, it's a no-go.

Yeah, I had to return something once because I ordered the wrong size. As long as it's still sealed in the original packaging, it was pretty straightforward for me. They're not going to take back something that's been used for hygiene reasons though, afaik.
